The HDXQ-1056 insulation oil gas evolution tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T11142. It is suitable for measuring the tendency of cable oil, capacitor oil, and transformer oil to release or absorb gases under the electric field (or ionization) effect of discharge at the oil gas interface.

It mainly consists of a stirring mechanism, a high-pressure generator, an oil bath, and a temperature control system. The high-voltage generator consists of a regulating transformer, a DC high-voltage generator, a digital current and voltage meter, and accessories.

The temperature control system mainly consists of a digital temperature control meter, temperature sensor, heating tube, digital time relay, etc.
