The HDJD-1018 insulation oil dielectric loss and resistivity fully automatic measuring instrument is a new integrated and fully automatic measuring instrument designed based on the national standard GB/T5654-2007. It is mainly used for measuring the dielectric loss value, dielectric constant, and volume resistivity of insulation liquids in power equipment. This instrument applies advanced measurement and control technology to automatically complete processes such as heating, temperature control, high-speed data sampling, calculation, display, printing, and storage. Measurement principles and highly digitized technology make your work easy and convenient.

  1. The oil cup adopts a three electrode structure in accordance with the national standard GB/T5654-2007, with a spacing of 2mm between the electrodes, which can eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and leakage on the dielectric loss test results. Among them, HDJD-1018 has an oil discharge electromagnetic switch, which can drain the sample oil in the cup without disassembling the oil cup, and the oil cup can be rinsed with the sample oil.

  2. The instrument adopts medium frequency induction heating and PID temperature control algorithm. This heating method has the advantages of non-contact between the oil cup and the heating element, uniform heating, fast speed, and convenient control. The temperature is strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range.

  3. The internal standard capacitor is an SF6 inflatable three-point pole capacitor, and the dielectric loss and capacitance of this capacitor are not affected by environmental temperature, humidity, etc., ensuring the accuracy of the instrument even after prolonged use.

  4. The AC test power supply adopts AC-DC-AC conversion mode, effectively avoiding the impact of mains voltage and frequency fluctuations on the accuracy of dielectric loss testing. Even if the generator generates electricity, the instrument can operate correctly.

  7. Using a large screen LCD display, the human-machine interface is user-friendly. Simply follow the Chinese menu prompts and enter commands, and the instrument can automatically perform tests, store and print test results

  8. Equipped with a real-time clock, the test date and time can be saved, displayed, and printed with the test results.

  9. Empty electrode cup calibration function. Measure the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of the empty electrode cup to determine the cleaning and assembly status of the empty electrode cup. Calibration data is automatically saved to facilitate accurate calculation of relative permittivity and DC resistivity.
