The feedwater oxygenation technology, which began to be applied in the early 1970s, aims to utilize the passivation effect of dissolved oxygen on metals, forming a complete and dense oxide film on the metal surface, reducing or preventing corrosion of the furnace inner wall, reducing the iron content of boiler feedwater, accelerating flow and inhibiting corrosion and FAC, that is, the effect of the coal saving steam inlet pipe and the pressure washer pipeline in front of the furnace. (The current popular method is boiler feedwater oxygenation and ammonia addition treatment, abbreviated as OT)
Structural composition
This device consists of two units: one is a busbar, including an oxygen cylinder bracket, instrument buffer, and other oxygen meters. The other is that the control cabinet consists of a mass flow controller, flow meter regulation and valve pipelines, airflow distribution system, electrical control system, etc.
