Our company produces various specifications of coolers for water vapor sampling racks in China. This cooler is a very important core component in the water vapor sampling device.

Structural Principles

The cooler is composed of inner spiral tubes. Jointly installed inside a cylinder and spirally placed in swirling cooling water for heat exchange, the two types of cooling are cleverly matched in one cooler for flow transport.

The advanced technology of pre cooling, which separates the high temperature frame and instrument panel completely, and cools the high temperature frame first and then depressurizes it, has doubled the service life of the high-pressure shut-off valve.

● Temperature control, pressure control, flow control, and over temperature and over pressure protection have been implemented for independent water samples such as boiler water, main steam, reheat steam, and feedwater.

The chemical instruments on the dashboard are of high quality, imported and developed by Huadian Research Institute, a subsidiary of our company, which has won a gold medal in the country and can be comparable to similar foreign products. They are equipped with real-time computer inspection interfaces and can be equipped with highly reliable computer acquisition systems.

The entire device adopts highly reliable imported technology and patented technology, with unique characteristics of highly reliable dedicated valves and all stainless steel pipeline systems, thereby meeting the requirements of chemical instruments for various parameters of water samples.

Each water sample is equipped with built-in manual sampling points for the convenience of laboratory personnel for sampling and analysis.

The supporting device is designed with a reasonable structure, beautiful and generous appearance, and easy to operate and maintain. The SQZ series water vapor sampling device has been widely used in various regions.

The data adopts Samsung's storage technology from South Korea, greatly increasing the amount of data. It can store tens of thousands of sets of measurement data and 5000 system operation records (known as the 5000 notepad function).

This series includes models such as SQZ (-50, -125, -200, -300, -600, -660, -1000), which are suitable for units with installed capacities below 1000MW.

Water vapor sampling (chemical dosing) collection and control system (workstation):

This system consists of an industrial control machine PLC master station, a slave station, AI, AO, DI, DO acquisition cards, Ethernet switches, network printers, engineer stations, on-site operator stations, etc. It is used to collect sampling rack instruments and pad work signals, monitor and control dosing and water supply. The system also includes a chemical instrument acquisition workstation, which is the core unit of the chemical instrument workstation.

Main components

The water vapor sampling rack mainly consists of a pre cooling device, a high-temperature and high-pressure shut-off valve for the cooler, a high-pressure filter, a pressure reducing and stabilizing valve, a medium pressure valve, an overpressure and overheating protection valve, a secondary cooler, and a water sample constant temperature device. The main valves are shown in the following figure.

Our company produces various types of valves such as high-pressure globe valves and pressure reducing valves, which are imported and of high quality. The high-pressure valves adopt rolling ball or needle shaped detachable valve cores that are super resistant to high temperature and high pressure erosion.
