Main features

The full Chinese character menu displays multiple parameters on the same screen, with eight key positions for operation. Two key positions are backlight keys, with adjustable backlight for easy operation.

The separated back cover structure of the host facilitates installation and wiring.

Adopting discrete electrodes and a unique electrode cup structure, it is convenient to disassemble the electrodes, making the measurement values more stable.

The transmitter has strong resistance to flow fluctuations and interference: It adopts a special design of 316SS stainless steel flow transfer tank and a flow meter, which optimizes the flow rate and pressure of the water sample, making the flow direction of the water sample more suitable for pure water measurement, shielding and eliminating the unstable measurement value caused by the electrode pure water flow potential. The design of the solution ground reliably eliminates interference from the ground circuit.

Strong resistance to salt bridge solution pollution: By using separate reference and measurement electrodes, the pollution of the salt bridge solution is eliminated due to the separation of the reference and measurement electrodes. The reasonable design of the flow measurement pool eliminates the influence of flow rate on measurement.

Good stability: The outer cover of the flow channel is equipped with electrode position markings to ensure that after calibration or replacement of the electrode, the electrode returns to its original position and remains fixed, ensuring unchanged testing performance and further ensuring the accuracy and stability of signal transmission.

Ultra low maintenance: Adopting the HD-9522 pH ultrapure water measurement system, it changes the impression of users that the general pH meter used on site is more complex to use and requires a large amount of maintenance. Long filling liquid addition cycle: The setting of the super large reference buffer bottle can extend its addition cycle to once every two months, and the reference liquid can be added at any time, with ultra-low maintenance costs.

Introduction to Stability of pH Ultra Pure Water Measurement System

On the contrary, the stability performance of this HD-9522 ultrapure water pH measurement system reaches a pH change of ≤ 0.10 within a week (within the flow range of 50-500ml/min), without the common defects of unstable liquid connection potential, unstable test values, and inaccuracies during ultrapure water transmission.

The extensive testing results in a wide range of environments have demonstrated that the pH transfer unit of this HD-9522 ultra pure water system exhibits outstanding performance. Near 0.055 μ The HD-9522 ultrapure water pH transfer unit still exhibits good stability and accuracy under the condition of S/cm theoretical pure water. The flow rate of the water sample varies between 50ml/min and 500ml/min, and the test value is still not affected by the flow rate change. Even beyond this range, there is less sensitivity to flow rate and minimal peak to peak noise.

It is the best choice for ultrapure water pH transmission to use special, ultra-low ion concentration, self-contained pressure flow filling liquid reference electrode instead of gel electrode, because it permeates not ions, but almost the entire internal filling liquid. In fact, most measurement issues with pH electrodes arise from the reference. Different from the gel electrode, the internal ion concentration has not changed, and the reference potential of the reference electrode itself is stable, ensuring long-term stability. The reference liquid flows smoothly and naturally outward, avoiding a series of problems such as blockage and poisoning of the liquid boundary.

The dual liquid boundary structure ensures the consistency of the liquid boundary potential in high concentration standard solution and low ion concentration pure water, resulting in a pH error of less than 0.10 caused by calibration.

The exquisite structural design also reduces the internal pressure required to ensure that the reference electrode is in the best performance state, making the system more compact and reducing space. It can be easily installed on the sampling rack.
